SOS Children’s Villages India is part of a global non-profit network dedicated to the care and development of children without parental support. In India, they run long-term family-like care programmes, education initiatives, and community outreach for vulnerable children.

Role & Responsibility

Senior Visual Designer — Crafted design assets that aligned with the organisation’s humanitarian mission while maintaining visual consistency across campaigns and reports.

Key Contributions:

  • Annual & Impact Reports — Designed visually engaging layouts to present data, stories, and achievements clearly for donors, stakeholders, and the public.

  • Stationery Design — Created branded templates for letterheads, envelopes, certificates, and event collateral.

  • Google Display Ads — Developed impactful ad creatives to increase awareness and donor engagement through digital campaigns.

Creative Approach

  • Empathy-Driven Design: Used warm colours, authentic imagery, and clean typography to evoke trust and compassion.

  • Clarity & Accessibility: Ensured all reports and collateral were easy to read while reflecting the organisation’s professionalism.

  • Brand Adherence: Followed SOS’s global brand guidelines while adapting to Indian cultural contexts.

Kinship Care Brochure

Objective: To design an informative yet emotionally engaging brochure explaining SOS’s Kinship Care programme — an initiative that supports children living with extended family members when biological parents are unable to provide care. (20 pages)

Donate to Celebrate Campaign

Objective: To design visually compelling and high-conversion Google Display Ads that communicate SOS’s mission and drive donations, sponsorships, and volunteer sign-ups.

Annual Calendar Design

Objective: Designed a 12-month themed calendar integrating SOS’s brand identity.

Youth Skilling Programme Brochure

Objective: To design an engaging and informative brochure promoting SOS’s Youth Skilling initiatives, aimed at empowering young adults with education, vocational training, and career opportunities.
